 Clinic booking guide

Once you have decided which clinics you wish to do, phone/email the CO to book in. Provisional booking will be given BUT your place is only secured when your cheque is received.

Closing date for booking clinics is 4 days before – this means your cheque must have been received by the C/O otherwise the clinic will be cancelled if not enough up-take. We need to let instructors know so they can make other arrangements if a clinic is cancelled, we cannot leave it until the last minute.

  • When you telephone or email, the CO will need to know a little about you and your horse i.e. height of horse/pony, height you are happy to jump.
  • Cheques for each clinic should be made payable to RVRC. Please pay with separate cheques for each clinic and they will not be banked until we near that clinic date.
  • Attach a note to your cheque to say which instructor/date of the clinic. Send your cheques to the CO dealing with that clinic.
  • Please then call your CO two days before to confirm your time, do not wait for the CO to call you.
  • For jumping clinics we require 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise your cheque will be banked. We cannot go ahead with group clinics with less than enough numbers to cover the costs. Instructors charge by the hour not per horse! However, if we have enough to cover the costs of that clinic we will issue a refund as we are not really mean!
