Once you have decided which clinics you wish to do, phone or email the C/O to book in. Provisional booking will be given BUT your place is only secured when your cheque is received.
Closing date for booking clinics is four days before – this means your cheque must have been received by the C/O otherwise the clinic will be cancelled if not enough up-take. We need
to let instructors know so they can make other arrangements if a clinic is cancelled, we cannot leave it until the last minute.
For jumping clinics we require 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise your cheque will be banked. We cannot go ahead with group clinics with less than enough numbers
to cover the costs. Instructors charge by the hour not per horse! However, if we have enough to cover the costs of that clinic we will issue a refund as we are not really mean!
