RVRC Team Rules
The following rules are set out in order to comply and meet the standard required to compete in riding club competitions. In order to meet the cost of competing, RVRC need the support of
competitors and parents. It is therefore important help is available at RVRC fundraising events to assist in the cost of area competitions and championships.
The following bullet points must be adhered to
Your horse's flu certificate MUST be up to date and checked by your team manager.
BRC Flu Vaccination Calculator
Team managers are to keep a copy of your flu certificate.
Payment MUST be paid in FULL before the competition to the team manager.
Riders are to attend at least one team training session.
Riders/Parents are required to travel to the championships should their team qualify.
Horses/Ponies are to be turned out smartly and correctly at qualifiers and must be plaited for championships. (Horses/Ponies must be plaited at area competitions for dressage and horse trials).
Horses/Ponies will be required to wear a RVRC numnah at qualifiers and championships. These can be purchased through Dominic Witham at GG Tack, Telephone 07530 863424, email enquiries@ggtack.com or they can be loaned out for the day of competition but must be
returned to the chef d'equipe.
Riding hats are to be up to BRC (British Riding Club) standard and to be of a plain colour, for example black or navy and NOT pink!
